Open Menu
On your device click the three dots on the right side of the screen, just below the Nayax logo to open the menu.

Click Refund Item
From the drop-down menu, choose the option labeled Refund Item.

Select Item
Now, select the item the customer needs a refund on.
If you need to stop selecting items for a refund, click the three dots again and choose Product Charge.

Click the Balance
Click on the balance displayed under the cart to proceed to checkout.
Note that a customer can receive a refund and make a purchase within the same transaction.

Review the Total
The total amount will reflect the monetary difference.
If the refund amount matches the purchases made, the checkout will show a balanced amount, indicating no additional payment or return is necessary. Otherwise, select the payment method to process the refund.
