How to Generate a Receipt | Reports
After locating a transaction, you can generate the receipt for this transaction directly from the DTM.

Click Reports

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Energy Core management suite click on the Reports tab.

Click Dynamic Transactions Monitor

Click on Online Reports and then Click Dynamic Transactions Monitor tab from the Sub menu.

Fill in Actor Fields

Type in your operator name or sub-actor and any other fields to obtain the desired reports.

Set Date Range

In the time interval field set the date range for the report.

Click View Report

Click on View Report button as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate and Click

After locating a transaction, you can generate the receipt for this transaction directly from the DTM. To generate the receipt, right-click anywhere within the row of the relevant transaction details.

Click Generate Receipt

Select Generate Receipt from the drop down options as highlighted.

Select Action

A generate receipt pop-up will appear. Select from the Action options as highlighted in RED.
You can choose to download the receipt as a PDF file, receive via URL by email or both.

Click Generate Receipt

If you chose to receive the receipt by email enter the email address in the Send Receipt to field as highlighted in RED and then click on generate receipt for your receipt to be generated according to your preferences.
