How to Change a Cash Only Message
Use LCD Attributes in Nayax Core Management Suite to update the message displayed on your device screen when it is in Cash Only state.
This guide changes what your device screen displays - it does not resolve the underlying communication issue between the machine and the Nayax device. If your device is showing Cash Only unexpectedly, troubleshoot the Cash Only error code first. This setting is most useful for machines using protocols that force an idle or always-on state.
What Is Cash Only?
Cash Only is the state shown on your Nayax device screen when the device and the vending machine are not communicating with each other. Common causes include:
Click Operations

Fill in Operator Details
Image AttachedFill in your operator's name and other fields, then click search as highlighted.
Locate Operator from Hierarchy
Image AttachedLocate and click on the operator machine from the hierarchy.
Click LCD Tab
Image AttachedFrom the general screen, locate the LCD option and click to open.
Set Cash Only Message

Enable and Set the Cash Only Message

Click Update Queue
Image AttachedScroll up and click the Actions button. Select Update Queue from the Actions dropdown to push the change to your device.
Completed Successfully
Image AttachedA green "Completed Successfully" notification will appear. Now, when the device syncs with Nayax Core, the Cash Only display will change to your new message.
