How to Add or Link a POS to a Store Location | Company

Link a Point of Sale device to a store location in Nayax Retail Core so your Nova or kiosk device is correctly associated with a branch and ready to process transactions.

Prerequisites: Before You Start

✅ You have access to Nayax Retail Core with Company administration permissions.
✅ At least one store location has been created under your company in Company > Locations.
✅ You have the serial number of the device you want to link. Find it by tapping the three-line icon on the device to open the side menu.
✅ You know the device model and the ECR mode required for your setup.

ℹ️

ECR devices: This guide applies to ECR devices - Nova models and kiosks. If your POS is a different type, the required fields may differ. Contact your Nayax distributor to confirm the correct ECR mode for your device model.

Linking a POS to a store location is the link between Nayax Core (the device) and Retail Core (the location).

How to Create Additional Company Locations | Company How to Create POS Preset Groups | Company Store Locations and POS Configuration | Retail

POS Code	Code of POS
Pos Name	Name of POS
POS Type	Type of POS – select ECR Retail One – a cash register device ECR – This applies to nova devices, nova market, and kiosk. When selecting ECR fill in the additional fields.
*ECR Model	Type of ECR device in your possession
*ECR Mode	Mode of POS – Choose one. Common POS - Self-service POS -
*ECR serial number	Serial number of the device which is located at the bottom after pressing the three lines to open the menu.
Print service	If the device has a printer
By parent customer	This is automatically selected to follow the company's price list.
By customer	Select this if you want the store to follow the price list of each customer group created.
Active	To activate the POS. Already checked by default – make sure not to disable this or the POS wont work.

Go to Locations

Expand Company

Click on Store

Click Add POS

Enter POS details

Enter Additional Details

Create the POS

Save your changes
