Prerequisites: Before You Start
Configure Spark Remote Start in Nayax Core to enable your Charge Point Management System (CSMS) to initiate charging sessions from the backend, giving operators full remote control over session triggering and management.
- You haveAdministrationaccess in Nayax Core.
- You have an activeCPO (Charge Point Operator)account set up in Nayax Core under your operator hierarchy.
- You have a Nayax Spark-compatible device (such as theVPOS Touch) installed at the charging station.
- You know yourOperator IDwithin Nayax Core.
What is Spark Remote Start? Spark Remote Start configures a charging station machine in Nayax Core so that your CSMS initiates the charging session from the backend.
