How to activate a VPOS Media device on a PC
This guide will walk you through the initial setup and configuration process to get your payment terminal up and running quickly.

VPOS Media Activation
Before setting up your VPOS Media device, please ensure:
- This process can only be completed by the account associated with the device.
- The email address used to start the process must meet one of these criteria:

- Defined in Salesforce
- Associated with the Company Email account after KYC completion (up to five addresses allowed).
- Defined for a User account in Nayax Core (must not belong to a distributor). All users in the operator’s hierarchy can activate devices.
- Device Information: Gather details of the devices you plan to activate, including serial numbers if applicable.
- Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection to complete the activation process.
- QR Code: Have the static QR code readily available for scanning.
- Nayax Account: Ensure you have created a Nayax account, if required, to manage your devices.
- Activation Link: Access to the activation webpage or any specific link provided by Nayax.
