How to Create a Package | Packages

From the tigapo homepage, click on Packages in the side menu as highlighted in GREEN.

The packages page will open and in this section you can view, manage, edit, set activate packages by location.

For this guide Click create package button as highlighted in BLUE on the visual.

A window will open for you to create a new package. We need to create it by filling the General Information section as follows.

Click on the arrow as highlighted to select the location according to your preferences.

Type a name for this package in the field as highlighted in RED.

Set a point of sale price for the package in the field as highlighted in RED.

Optional: for description and comments you can add accordingly as highlighted in RED.

When ready to proceed click on NEXT button as highlighted in BLUE.

Optional: Here you can grant users an amount of credits if purchasing this package.

Optional: Here you can grant users an amount of tickets if purchasing this package.

To define the core elements of the package click the Add Component button.

Edit the components of the package by selecting the machine type and setting the number of play sessions for each machine.

After you are ready to proceed click the Next button.

Optional: Before finalizing the package you can select which platforms to set to purchase this package in.

From the columns highlighted in RED select User App, Kiosk display and or web display.

After you are ready to proceed click the Next button.

Once you are ready to create this package click on the create package button.
