Click Forgot Password
Image AttachedOn the Tigapo login page, Click on forgot password button.

Type Email or Phone Number
Image AttachedType in your email or phone number and click on the reset password button.

Check your Email
Image AttachedCheck your email or SMS for a reset link. If you don't receive a link, check your spam folder or repeat the process.

Copy and Paste Reset Link

Copy and paste the reset password link in a new tab on your browser, as highlighted in RED.

Click Update Password
Image AttachedReset your password by typing in the fields and click on Update password when ready. Please note, you need a minimum of 8 characters.
