How to Upgrade Device Firmware | MoMa

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of upgrading your Nayax device firmware using the MoMa app!

Open your MoMa App

Open your MoMa app on your mobile device.

Machines Page

You will automatically be taken to the Machines page.

Click on Magnifying Glass Icon

Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top right of your screen.

Search your Machine or Operator

You can search by operator name, machine ID, or machine name.

Locate your Machine

Locate your Machine that you wish to upgrade the firmware for.

Select more Actions

On the bottom right of your screen, select the yellow wrench icon called More Actions.

Select Update Version

Select Update Version, as indicated in RED.

Choose your Firmware

Choose the Firmware you want to update your device to.

Select Main FW Version

Select or search the main firmware version.

Select POS FW Version

Image Attached

Select or search the POS firmware version.

Choose Update

Image Attached

Choose Update.

Confirm Firmware Upgrade

Image Attached

Confirm to proceed with the firmware update.

Please note that this action will require some downtime as your device powers off and restarts to update the firmware.

Completed Successfully

When the 'Completed Successfully' banner appears, the firmware upgrade request has been successfully submitted.
