If you know the make and model for your machine, you can import a template that is populated with the MDB codes and PA codes that would allow you to just add your product group and products in the product map. This would allow you to complete your product map quicker, rather than adding bins manually to the website. If you have the make and model of your machine, please go to Operatons > Machines, and find the machine in the website where you would like to create the product map for. After selecting your machine, go to the Product map Tab. To Import the template for the make and model of your machine, hover your mouse over Map and choose load default layout. This will bring up a box that asks for the protocol and provider. The Protocol will always be MDB so no need to change the protocol. The Provider will be the make of the machine.
If you do not see the make of the machine, please reach out to technical support to get the make of your machine added to the product map.
After selecting the make of your machine it is now time to choose the model.
If you do not see the model of the machine, please reach out to technical support to get your machine model added to the product map.
Note: Some machine models are similar when looking for MDB and PA codes, so your machine model may not be there in full but the information on the PA and MDB codes can be altered after import to fit your machine.
