How to Navigate Assist U Guides and Access Nayax U in Retail Core

00:08: The Assist U widget can be accessed by clicking on the Assist U widget as

00:13: highlighted from any page of the Retail Core platform.

00:16: The playlist window will open, displaying a video suggestion.

00:19: Your location in the Retail Core platform guides

00:23: these suggestions. Click on the highlighted video title to explore the video

00:28: You can view and scroll the recommended video tutorial playlists for the platform

00:34: You can also view the library of tutorial playlists for managing your stores on

00:38: Retail Core by clicking search, as highlighted in RED.

00:42: Select and click on a tab to view the recommended step by step video, tutorial

00:46: playlist, and find the guide to help you in retail core.

00:50: If you are looking for a specific guide, you can type any keyword in the search bar,

00:54: highlighted in RED, to see a list of guides you may be looking for.

00:59: When watching a video, you can click on the expand icon, as highlighted, which

01:03: will expand the screen.

01:05: You can pause the video at key steps to follow along with your workflow or scroll

01:09: through to read the steps.

01:12: To view the guide in theatre mode, click on the screen icon as highlighted.

01:16: Theatre Mode Display will open, and the video can continue to be watched.

01:25: the RED highlighted translation icon will show you the available

01:29: languages for this guide when you click it.

01:32: Click on the learn more tab to be redirected to Nayax U and view the

01:36: complete scenario.

01:38: You can always access articles and in-depth guides in nixu by clicking

01:42: on the Nike, XU logo from any page, and Retail core.

01:46: Type in the search bar in Nayax U to find guides by key search words.

01:50: Or scroll down and search through the line of business!
